Calling All Personal Trainers

As a personal trainer what do you offer to those who come to you? Probably the following:
·         Expertise
·         Motivation
·         Goal setting
·         Accountability
·         Sense of Community
So you see, if you’re a personal trainer you have much to help your clients with, but if you would only apply those things with becoming a Beachbody Coach, you can offer them MORE, plus you could generate some residual income. To see how, check out this video!

Many people ask all the time, "If I'm doing a home fitness program by Beachbody, should I still continue to workout at the gym?" Well, ABSOLUTELY! Continuing to go to the gym and do your P90X, Body Gospel, Insanity, etc. will only increase your journey towards success and a healthier life. Just keep in mind that it would probably be a good idea to get a personal trainer, so you won't over do it. Below is a full body workout that some members are doing at Gold's Gym (http://www.goldsgym.com/gyms/georgia/austell/284) in Austell, Georgia three times a week. This workout is probably not for beginners, but can be done with light weight.

Always remember to warm your muscles up before any weight training to prevent injuries. This not only get your muscles warmed up, but it also allows you to get some stretching in.
